How does shipping work and cost?

Shipping cost is invoiced separately after your online purchase, this is due to artwork size and buyer location.

Due to this, shipping is shown as FREE at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping invoice to be sent to you via email. The invoice will take take you back to the online shop to finalise payment for shipping.

Your purchase will be shipped within 1-2 business days of shipping payment confirmation.

Do you offer prints?

Casa Vacanza currently only sells the original artwork. Fine art prints are something we may look at in the future, however, at the moment we do not offer prints of original work just yet. So, if a piece resonates with you, be sure to get in quick as it is one of one.

What is the return policy?

Due to the custom nature of the work, purchases are final sale. We currently do not offer exchanges or returns for original artwork, so please be certain with your purchase.

All original artwork is securely packaged in protective packaging, however in the rare instance an artwork has been damaged during transit, please email boothkia@gmail.com.

Please take careful note of dimensions in item description. We recommend measuring your space to ensure artwork will fit as intended.

How is my purchase packaged?

Purchased artwork is thoroughly and securely packaged. A protective layer is laid over the front of the artwork, the artwork is then bubble wrapped and securely packaged in sturdy cardboard. Artwork is shipped as fragile, and we take extra care in packaging your purchase to ensure there is no damage during transit.

We recommend taking extra precautions when un-packaging your purchased artwork to avoid accidentally damaging your purchase once you've received it.

When will I get my order?

Purchased artwork will be dispatched 1-2 days after final payment has been made.

We work closely with our dedicated shipping partners to ensure deliveries are as smooth as possible.
